Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on a date you name — the run follows the tenancy, not the calendar month.
A recurring extra on the same invoice, or a sub-meter split with the reading shown. Both land on one bill.
Never. Occupancy tonight is a number on the first screen, and it is the same number the bills are raised from.
The tenancy ends on its date, the last bill is pro-rated, and the deposit is settled with the arithmetic printed.
