No, at any volume, on any channel, including bookings through your own door. The flat monthly line above is the whole bill, and the money never passes through us — it goes from your tenant to your bank.
You are asked once whether to carry on, and nothing is charged until you say yes. If you say no, the estate stays readable and your whole book exports in one file.
A thing that can be let or lived in: an apartment, a room, a property, a bed or a listing. A building with twelve apartments is twelve. An association with ninety properties is ninety. Staff, tenants and owners are never counted — people are free and unlimited.
No. The price counts doors, not kinds. A hotel with long lets upstairs is one estate and one bill.
Monthly can move to yearly whenever you like and the unused part is credited. Yearly runs to its date.
