How it works
Every one or two weeks (your choice), each staff member gets a link: one question, five faces, an optional line. Ten seconds. The manager sees the team's average, the trend over twelve periods, the response rate, and the comments — without names.
Anonymity in a team of five
Averages and comments are shown only when at least four people answered, so a single answer cannot be inferred. Comments are shown after a random delay and in random order, never beside a timestamp. The platform does not store which person gave which score in a way the workspace can query; only the aggregate is kept past the period. Managers are told this; staff are told this on every pulse.
Reading it
The number matters less than the change. A steady 3.8 is a team with a grumble that is not getting worse. A drop of half a point with comments is something that happened — a rota change, a supply failure, a tenant who is rude to the cleaners. Act on the team level: fix the rota, fix the supplies, talk to everyone. Never go looking for who said what.
What it is not
Not a performance measure — it is the team's view of the job, not your view of them. Not a survey — one question, always the same, so the trend means something. Not a substitute for asking someone how they are.
