1What This Page Is
The law of the European Union, and of several other places, requires a website to say plainly who stands behind it. This page does that. The documents that govern the relationship between the operator and a business using the service are the Terms of Service, the Data Processing Agreement, and the other documents listed on the Legal page; this page adds nothing to them and takes nothing away.
The service is offered to businesses, not to consumers.
2Where The Service Runs
The websites at yourpremises.com and premises.ph, and the application, are hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany. The Sub-processors page names it together with every other company that handles data on a customer's behalf, and the Website and customer privacy notice names the services we use for the website itself.
3Complaints
If you have a complaint about how the service has handled personal data and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise it with a data protection authority. Our lead supervisory authority in the European Union is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Malta; you may also go to the authority of the country where you live or work. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, and in the Philippines the National Privacy Commission.
